We do not accept returns or refunds on personalised items or earrings due to hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.
Returns within 14 days of receipt are accepted on all other items if the item is in its original unused condition.
Refunds will be processed via the manner of the original payment and does not include the original non-refundable delivery cost or return delivery costs.
Exchanges will be sent once the original item has been received.
