Please hold the earring post carefully when removing the earrings from the backing card. These are handmade products which are delicate. Please do not shower, swim or sleep with your earrings on. Avoid contact with deodorant, perfume, hairspray, moisturiser and oil-based substances.
If make-up or dirt is transferred onto the earrings, please use a damp cotton pad and wipe sparingly over the marked area. Do not use any other chemicals on your earrings as this could damage the colour and the shine.
Please store your earrings somewhere safe away from direct sunlight, where the earring posts and backs can’t get damaged. Please do not put pressure on your earrings. Polmer clay is a porous material and can scuff easily. Over time the clay will get a lived in look and may fade, this is all part of the handmade experience.
